These delicious popsicles couldn’t be easier to make–simply stir together the ingredients, pour into popsicle molds, and freeze. They’re sweet, packed full of the glucose our bodies and brains thrive on from the coconut water, raw honey, and raspberries, and the minerals we need from the barley grass juice powder plus the lemon or lime juice.
Coconut water provides vital glucose and critical mineral salts, including potassium and sodium, to the bloodstream. This is a fundamental component of our neurotransmitter chemical production. Coconut water also enhances the power of anything it touches. It has an incredible reach. When combined with any healing food, coconut gets in touch with those benefits and supercharges them.
This recipe features barley grass juice powder (not barley grass powder) as a star ingredient alongside the coconut water. Barley grass juice powder is rich in iron, calcium, selenium, vitamin C and E, essential amino acids, and many other important nutrients. I like the barley grass juice powder by Vimergy, a supplement company I endorse.
