Tips:
A cold press, masticating juicer will be more effective at juicing and extracting all the nutrients from leafy greens such as spinach and dandelion than a centrifugal juicer; however, any juicer can be used. If you are using a centrifugal juicer, you may have better success wrapping your leafy greens around pieces of apple or firmer ingredients instead of dropping a whole handful of the leafy greens into the juicer chute separately.
