Combine all the ingredients except the water in a food processor and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. If needed, you can add the water to help the ingredients process smoothly; however, in most cases if you keep scraping down the sides of the food processor, you won’t need the water. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
