In medical research and science, IBS is a label for bowels that aren’t functioning as they should, with cause unknown. But you can find answers for what’s behind IBS here.
IBS results when the colon is lined with pathogenic waste product and elevated levels of bacteria such as strains from the over 50 groups of Streptococcus bacteria strep, E. coli, and other pathogenic varieties, along with ammonia gas, and rotting food that wasn’t digested properly due to low bile and hydrochloric acid.
Unproductive foods that feed the condition—for example, dense fats and proteins that bile and hydrochloric acid can’t break down anymore—enter the intestines and feed pathogens rapidly, then reach the colon, the final dumping ground for the mess. These troublemaking foods such as dense proteins, dairy, eggs, gluten—and for people who are more sensitive, any type of grains—can lead to IBS. Inflammation that prompts pain, constipation, and/or diarrhea results, and even hemorrhoids, polyps, and fissures can form from the strain, as well as an itchy rectum from the irritation.
Often the intestinal tract will also harbor toxic heavy metals such as mercury and the liver will be stagnant and sluggish due to an overload of toxins.
