Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup fresh or thawed frozen mango
  • ⅛ cup tightly packed fresh dill
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup roughly chopped lettuce (preferably butter lettuce), tightly packed
  • ½ tsp pure maple syrup (optional)

Directions:

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom.

Stir in the maple syrup (if using).

Pour into a glass and serve.

Makes 1-2 shots

Tips:

  • Drink this shot 15 to 30 minutes apart from any other food or drink.
  • Look for pure maple syrup that is made only with 100 percent maple syrup. Avoid using maple-flavored syrups, which are not the same and often contain harmful ingredients.
