LIVER RESCUE SALAD.
For my first 3:6:9 Cleanse, I based my meal plan in the 3:6:9 from the ‘Liver Rescue’ book. These last few times I’ve gone with the ‘Cleanse to Heal’ book 3:6:9 guidance and I must say, the options are delightful and delicious - deliciously delightful! (I like that. I think I’m going to use that phrase more often).
It can be tough at first to get through a few 3:6:9’s especially all the raw days. Cravings come up, and you just want to stop eating salad all the time and eat some damn potatoes.
This time was different for me. There were so many options and toppings for the Liver Rescue Salad! I could really eat what I felt like eating on that particular day! Some days I just wanted a sweet one topped with bananas, oranges and mangoes. Other days, I really felt like more mineral salts from the leafy greens, onions, garlic and herbs. There was always a satisfying option waiting for me to create.
The base was always 6-8cups of leafy greens with lemon juice or orange juice. Leafy greens could be spinach, butter lettuce, iceberg lettuce, arugula, and/or kale.
There is a tasty dressing to go with it too.
If you’re wondering about trying a 3:6:9, or thinking you need to do a few more, definitely turn to the ‘Cleanse to Heal’ sample menus in Chapter 22. The snacks are next level.
The moral of the story here is, options! The @medicalmedium information is here for you to tailor to your specific symptoms and your specific needs. This way of healing is designed to be a compassionate, nurturing process for your body, mind, heart and spirit. And it really does feel like that for me now.
