Wild Blueberry Yogurt

Sweet with just a hint of tart from the lemon, this yogurt alternative is tasty and healing. Serve it in little glasses or jars for a more traditional yogurt experience. This is a great recipe to make a little extra of so you have a few days of snacks ready to go in your fridge for whenever you may want one.

Wild Blueberry “Yogurt”

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas 
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries 
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • 1⁄2 tsp pure vanilla powder, cinnamon, or ground cardamom (optional)

Directions:

Combine the bananas, wild blueberries, lemon juice, and the vanilla, cinnamon, or cardamom (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Pour into small glasses or jars. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving, or ideally overnight.
